Tenant turns in notice to vacate the property.
Workflows begin
A workflow is automatically assigned to the property manager over that property with detailed steps of what to do for the move out. A workflow also automatically starts to track the Make Ready, Property Listing and Security Deposit processes.
Staff person follows steps
The staff person is reminded each day on their task list of what steps they need to follow next. Who they need to email, text or call and what they should say! Any support staff that need to activate utilities, have the yard mowed or inspect the property are automatically notified on the correct date of the task they need to complete!
Evaluation
The broker reviews the ongoing workflows and completed workflows, adds and edits steps as needed and trains staff further on steps they are struggling with!
