Our Founder
Rhett Tullis has over 15 years of experience in the property management space. He owns and runs a mid size (1000 unit) property management firm in Oklahoma City. He has extensive experience in not only Real Estate, Property Management, Construction (he often likes to renovate his own properties) and technology where he is often testing and trying out every new software development that hits the market!
Our Process
We do an in-depth consultation with all clients before starting in on developing a system that will meet their needs to automate their services. We want every client to know the potential uses and shortcomings of any service they elect to implement. From there we will either take their "playbook" or help them develop one. The next step is to develop several workflows and begin testing and tweaking them to make sure the fit our clients needs. The final step is development of all the workflows needed for their daily work. We even offer implementation assistance with your staff and regular training if needed for an additional fee.
Our Pricing
Full Service Implementation - This is a 4 month process where we meet with the client on a weekly basis as we develop their systems and automations. - $1500 per month (that's just under $50 per day)
Staff implementation/training- $100 per hour
Development of a single process - $250 per hour
Follow up troubleshooting on any process - $100 per hour
Hourly Consultation - $250 per hour
